Benefits of fasting. I'm currently fasting 1-2x per week for 24 hours, normally after the day of a "cheat meal". It seems to reset my ability to recognize true hunger (hormone:leptin) and boost my weight loss. I seem to retain normal energy on fast days with the assistance of supplements, black coffee and water. - M
